A little bit of exciting news to report. I am pleased to announce that worldwide digital rights for Luke and Brie Are on a First Date are being represented exclusively by Cinetic Rights Management. These guys know their stuff, representing everything from The Puffy Chair to Little Miss Sunshine and hopefully this means you’ll get to see the flick on some sort of digital platform very soon. For more information about CRM, please contact email@example.com or check out their website. www.cineticmedia.com.
Speaking of digital distribution, a short film has just been released onto youtube called Glory at Sea. I didn’t get a chance to see it at the Hamptons but I did meet the director Benh and he was a cool dude. So I watched it online last night and cried like a baby. Do yourself a favor and don’t let the 25 minute runtime deter you from watching this puppy.
Finally, I just want to remind everyone that the Zero Film Festival kicks off tonight in Downtown Los Angeles and if you’re around, you should go. They’ll be doing it up all week with screenings, parties and live bands culminating on Saturday night with a screening of Luke and Brie at 6pm in the Downtown Independent theater. Want to buy tickets in advance? Sure you do and here’s where.
Hopefully I’ll see you there.
